Location
The home base for the retreats is Quinta Figuerinha. The accommodation is located near Tabua in Central Portugal. Here you will find yourself in an oasis of peace and tranquility. The land is surrounded by forest with gentle sounds of birds. In the area are several rivers, river beaches and waterfalls.

Meals
Nourishing the body with healthy quality food will support your journey.
The meals are all prepared with fresh, ecological ingredients. All meals are vegetarian. For example:
* Fresh orange juice
* A fresh smoothie as breakfast made of organic fruits and almond milk, cocos and chia seeds.
* Oat porridge with dates, sunflower seeds and fruits.
* A diversity of warm meals with grains like quinoa, rice and ecological vegetables.
It's very often nice weather here in Central Portugal, which means that we eat most of the time outside in the garden.
